Abstract Submission

  • Abstracts must be written in English
  • 250–300 words maximum
  • Include objectives, methods, results, and conclusions
  • Add author affiliations and email address
  • Submit in .doc or .docx format

Full Paper Submission

  • 4–8 pages including references
  • Follow conference template format
  • Original unpublished research only
  • Accepted papers may appear in proceedings
  • Figures and tables allowed

  • Oral Presentation
  • Poster Presentation
  • Virtual Presentation
  • Workshop Presentation
  • Industry Presentation

Peer Review Process

  • All submissions undergo scientific review
  • Evaluation by expert reviewers
  • Selection based on originality and quality
  • Conference committee decision is final

  • Body Text: 12 pt
  • Line Spacing: 1.5
  • APA or IEEE references accepted
